Solved! Pyle pwma860i very loud hum with nothing hooked up or plugged into it. Volume knob has no impact on the hum

Pyle pwma860i has very low hum with nothing plugged into to it. Volume control knob does nothing to change the hum

Check speaker wiring inside the enclosure --- could be a short there.
