I had heard that after 256 stages Ms PacMan would reboot. I played
Galaga/Ms Pacman at a friends house and it (Galaga) rebooted after 256
stages. The question is how did they get an accurate reading of score
for world record purposes?? Also I saw in the audits it shows coin
audits and such for Mspac and Galaga. I also saw PacMan in there. Is
there some way to activate Pacman?

I wish I had some answers for you, but I might be able to direct you to
people who do. Try posting your arcade questions in
rec.games.video.araced.collecting - those guys focus exclusively on
arcade games, especially classic machines.
