Question about a bluetooth receiver

So I have a Droid Razr Max (Smartphone) Logitch Z623 (Speakers) and Belkin bluetooth music receiver. My question is can I have my bluetooth receiver AND my computer plugged into the speakers at the same time? I know they have cables that split 3.5mm jacks into two but would this damage the speakers or cause distortion? My speakers have both the red + white cables and a 3.5mm jack if that helps in anyway.
