Question about charging battery

Ok I got my Lenovo tablet for really cheap price even though its around 250$. I'm wondering overall for Android 4.x tablets is it safe to keep them running 24/7 with sleep mod after 10 minutes of not working anything ?

Also can I keep my tablet connected to destkop PC all the time without ruining battery ? I'm usually at home but I needed something for social networks etc while I'm working, after all its fun since I never had one.

Don't leave it plugged in all the time, but leaving them on all the time (not charging) won't do any damage.

You can, but don't know why you'd want to just be constantly charging them and letting them run down, simply turn it off. I've got a Asus MeMO and a Transformer and both have good long battery life and boot up in nothing flat
