question about warranty on the xperia z1

so i broke my xperia z1. the whole phone is bent and when i turn it on there's just all these colors and stuff that you would see on a broken phone. I'm on a plan with Telstra but apparently they dont have warranty anymore so im freaking out, can i apply for warranty from Sony directly or am I out of options already. thanks😀
