Solved! Questions about replacing a laptop keyboard

I've just recently come into the possession of an iBuypower laptop, that needs some work done. The touchpad is missing a mouse key and the button isn't working, and the keyboard is missing keys and the rubber membranes to press them with. It's a 15.4 inch Batallion CZ-9 Ultra Notebook.

I've looked around and have been able to find replacement keyboards for most commercial brand laptops, but I'm not sure if they will work in this computer. I'm not quite as worried about the touchpad as I am the keyboard, though it'd be good to know what kind I'll eventually need to get, or if it even matters what kind.

I work on Desktops all the time, but laptops are foreign territory to me. Any help is much appreciated!

I would try both USB mouse and USB keyboard.

That's what I'm doing now, but intend to use this laptop on the go for playing live shows with guitar rig. It would be very inconvenient to have to pack a full sized keyboard and mouse.

You will need the exact keyboard and keypad to fit it in the chassis.
