Questions About The Installation of a New Motherboard and Reinstallation of Windows 8

I want to replace my current motherboard (MSI 970a-G43) with the ASRock Fatal1ty 990fx Killer. I want to replace because the MSI board has overheating/freezing issues. My question is how do I reinstall Windows 8 after installing the new board. I have read some threads about this but I haven't found any good answers. I have also seen that there is the possibility of having to repurchase Windows because of buying an OEM version of Windows from Newegg. If that is what you bought and you installed, you are fine.

The licensing for Windows 8 has changed significantly. You can reinstall that on new hard as needed. Only one PC at a time.
