quick question plz hlp

hello there i have a relativity cheap laptop but i want to play games on it but the problem with it is the dedicated graphics card ram most of the games minimum requirements are 512mb and i only have 497mb is it possible to still play these games i meet all other requirements even above some of the recommended reqs but the gpu is just bad
I checked bios but i dont see an option to get more dedicated ram

What is your CPU, GPU, RAM etc.?

hd 8400 gou i think
4gb ram
64bits windows 8.1

That GPU is somewhat equal to more powerful Intel HD Graphics 4000.

You should be fine with very light games such as GMod, CS:GO, other source based games, Civilization V, even Skyrim will run with that GPU but don't expect anything more demanding than Skyrim to run well.

It WILL play the game OMG.

It WILL play it! You can dedicate more of your RAM to the APU if you want.
