Solved! Racking my brain trying to figure out how to get root on my LG Zone 4

I have tried all of the ways I could find (the ones that I understood anyway) but I have not been able to do it. I was first trying the options that you could do without a computer but they all seemed useless. I don't have a Windows or a Mac OS. We use a little Chromebit dongle as our computer because we store everything in Drive anyway. So the second half of this question is about whether or not I can even use it to root my android phone. Thx in advance
