I have several different radio programs bleeding through my speakers all at the same time... It even comes through of my desk top when nothing is running, also when I put the computer in the sleep mode, the "NOISE" is still their...It goes and comes back at will... how do I get rid of this annoyance?

Solution
You have something "non-linear" acting like an antenna near or attached to the inputs of your sound circuits (on mobo or card). If you've got a mic plugged in, unplug it. If you don't, plug one in. Disable inactive inputs in whatever sound mixer you have.
