RAM increase issue

PC capable of 32GB. When I installed 16GB, PC crashes or does not boot. Error: memory management. I have no choice but to revert back to 8GB.

RAM is new.

I am really sorry I do not have a possible answer and also I don't understand why you wan't to upgrade your RAM and that memory May be bad.

I know this thread is old but I have more Knowledge about it the Motherboard can only support up to a maximum number. Look up your mobo and tell me the max RAM.
