Question Ram problems

I’m gaming on a razer 15 laptop with 16 gn of ram and sometimes in the middle of gaming. Sometimes it says “out of memory trying to allocate a rendering source” then I exit out and open task manager and there is 70% memory usage with everything closed. Thank you in advance for your help

what the task manager says is “service host:__” and there are so many of these that take up 60 mb each

yes from epic games and steam and can I go to window settings and use the update thing
