RAM&SSD Upgradable Laptop Case?

Few months ago,talking with an employer of a Romanian online shop,I've found out a very interesting aspect of the laptops cases:They may have some specific build which lets me change the storage unit & upgrade the RAMs without loosing my warranty.
How do I know if the model I'll choose has that feature?

most laptops can have the ram & hard drive replaced except for the ones that have them soldered to the motherboard.

very thin laptops with ssd drives with no optical drive are most likely not able to be upgraded.
