Ram usage 95%

Hi, over the day my ram usage increases to around 95% any idea why? I have a livestream open most of the time if that could mean anything. Thanks..

It slowly increases throughout the day for no reason? Does it go back down to normal when you restart the computer? If so you have a memory leak the articles I linked below might help. Are you on windows 10?

Yeah, it goes down after restart. I dont use windows 10. But every link says: Locate the memory leak. Is it suppose to show that it is taking up like 7 gb of ram? or am i suppose to find it without it saying its taking up that much space?
