Ram usage high

I have a Dell Inspiron 11 3158 with 4gb of ddr3 ram, and when nothing is opened on the system at least 60% of the ram is filled up. Then during normal use with chrome and spotify, it fills up to 85%. To me, this is way more than expected and I've tried every tip and trick out there, even registry tweaks, but still nothing.

Need help guys

All windows updates done?
4GB is the minimum for an office/internet system nowadays. Should be normal.

Yeah all my windows update are the latest

That's normal, just browser and few other programs open i already have 5.7GB of my RAM used.
It'd probably help if you swapped from Chrome to Firefox as it uses less ram.
