I suspect it is the RAM but running the Windows Memory Diagnostics tool gave clean results. Every time I get a BSOD, it gives errors that indicate a memory/VRAM error but I am not sure.

How do I make sure that it is a Hardware issue and not the software/OS. My PC is clean, I only use Photoshop, Balsamiq and Chrome.

I ran chkdsk /f. Nothing came up. BUT! When I run sfc /scannow, it reboots at about 10%~

Hi there bsod1,

Try booting into safe mode. In case your system crashes again, then this is most probably a hardware related issue.

I guess you can start with just re seating your RAM sticks. How many of them do you have?
In case you have more than one, try running your system with only one at a time.(you can use different ports as well) That way, you should be able to see if any of them is faulty.

Cheers,

The video has been published. My bad!

BSOD error keeps changing every time. Umm, let me check my Google search history.

"Page fault in non paged area"
"IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL"
"Bad pool header"
"Kmode exception not handled"

and so on...

Seems that there are a couple of bad sectors on the drive. It may be a good idea to back up the data stored on the drive. Is the drive under warranty? In case it is, you can contact the place you got it from or WD's Support and eventually RMA it: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=EVTWwv
Also, you can test it with WD's DLG tool(both short and extended tests): http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=BbmkOa
Another thing you can do is to run Disk Check: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/check-your-hard-disk-for-errors

Have you tried booting into safe mode? Did the issue persist?
