Random programs keep downloading to my laptop...

I downloaded a music program which proved to be not legit, and a few unwanted programs installed to my laptop.

I uninstall them, and they come back 5 minutes later.

I've already ran Kaspersky TDSSKiller and got nothing.

Tdsskiller does one thing. - scan for rootkits. This isn't what you have.
uninstall your non-legit program.
Run a full fledged Antivirus software like avg free, bitdefender free.
Then run malwarebytes anti-malware and update it. Reboot into safe mode and run it.

I would also recommend several programs that can help you to clean your system. I would suggest malwarebytes as popatim suggested. You can also try roguekiller by Adlice, adwcleaner written by xplode, and malwarebytes anti-rootkit. If these do not take care of the problem then you may need a professional.
