Solved! Ransom.dat (Hermes) issue

Found ransom.dat in my user folder and Hermes folder in %appdata% folders (also found it briefly running on Task Manager), what should I do? My antivirus sees it as no threat. Should I move it to the Recycle bin?

If you right click on it in Task Manager and choose End Task right click again and this time choose Open File Location Delete it then download MalwareBytes and scan to find the rest of the threat.

If you later find it was harmless, let it back in but it's better to safe than sorry.
