Razer blackshark jack splitter broken, can i use the headset without the splitter on a laptop?

Yesterday, my jack splitter were broken due to me pushing it too strong and i need a better alternative splitter that doesn't really cost too much. Anyways, can i also use the blackshark with mic without the splitter? if so, how? (My laptop uses windows 8.1)

i'm not from U.S. I'm actullay in europe so amazon would be great but what i mean is what is the best Alt for the splitter. thx!
