Razer Blade 2017 Fps problems

Recieved my new razer blade 2017 (1060) and im seeing really inconsistant framerates in games. Specifically CS:GO the main game i play. It ranges from 60-200 but usually sits on 100 fps on all graphic settings. Its not set to stay at 100 and i have set high performance in 3d settings of both nvidia control panel and intel hd graphics. what should i do?

Make sure that it is using Nvidia's Graphics and not intel. Go to Nvidia control panel and change the primary processor.

Disable the Xbox services. Go to Nvidia control panel>Manage 3D settings tab>Program settings>Add CSGO>Change the power management mode to Prefer maximum performance. Please make sure that Vsync is also off from Nvidia control panel and in game's settings also.
