Razer Driver Problem

I have a Razer Naga and a Razer BlackWidow. The Naga used to work fine on my Windows Vista 64-bit laptop, but now I use Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. They worked for a little while but then they stopped working and I couldn't fix them. Then I got a virus, some Google redirect thing that I just couldn't get rid of no matter what; so I re-installed Windows. I thought they would work again but neither of them do. I have the latest version of the drivers and the firmware.

Here's whats happening: Every time I change something in the configuration tool from Razer and press apply, the program just freezes up and stops responding. Same thing with the BlackWidow and the Naga. Please Help, I bought these things because of all of the re-mapability(if that's a word), and now they might as well have no macro buttons because I can't use them

Ensure you are running the configuration tool as administrator!

If this doesn't do it I'd contact Razer directly.
