Razer Game Booster messed up my internet, help!

I recently used the 'tweak' option on RGB to optimize my system. One of the checked boxes was 'optimize network' I hit the optimize button, then when I restarted my internet was super slow. I went from 356/kbs all the way to 50/kbs!

The last system restore point I have is from the 28th, but I installed Alien: Isolation on the 29th, if I use the restore point will I lose my game? The only deleted program System Restore shows is Tomb Raider. It's messed up my entire network, every computer in my house is going slow. What should I do, did Razer do this? Or is it just my internet having issues?

Open the program, right click on the game booster program icon and click advanced uninstallation, follow onscreen instructions and done

I tried that but it didn't do anything. I think it may just be my internet acting stupidly.
