Razer Kraken 7.1 no sound while calibrating in Synapse

My Kraken 7.1 won't play any sound at all while i try to calibrate it in Synapse and in some games the audio won't work in-game but in cutscenes. Anyone knows how to fix this?

I have problems with Synapse too. Honestly, the headphones are great but the software doesn't like Windows 7 ... at least for me.

Try uninstalling Synapse and running it without it.

Problem is i have a Naga and want to be able to customize they buttons :/

What sound drivers do you have on your PC? Right click audio icon on desktop > playback devices > then choose the kraken as your default device.

You could try disabling your audio (realtek for example) drivers in device manager. I have the krakens and have learned to disable all other audio drivers on my system such as realtek and AMD HDMI drivers if you have them. Other than that I am sure that razer can help you if you open a support ticket.
