Razer Kraken pro mic not working

I have some Razer Kraken Pro headphones that are about 2 months old. They were working fine last night but this morning i have booted my pc and my mic is not working. My pc recognizes the mic but there is no sound received.

Just curious put you do have the mic and headphones plugged in to the appropriate slots right?
