Question Razer Kraken TE soft on certain audio controllers

Hi All,

Recently my Razer Kraken TE started acting up, the sound is very soft when using the Razer Audio Controller - Game, but its fine when using Razer Audio Controller - Chat.

I've checked all windows settings and settings within Razer Synapse 3. Everything looks correct.

I've uninstalled and re-installed Razer Synapse, I've also removed the Razer Audio Controller - Game from device manager. None of this had any effect. 100% volume on Razer Audio Controller - Game sounds like about 10% volume on the Razer Audio Controller - Chat.

Any ideas?

I have the same problem as yours. My work but the sound is very small, even when I screamed it.
