Hello i am looking to find some advice on whether i should get a used 2014 razerblade model with 870m for $1000 or get a 2015 razerblade (open box) 970m for $1500. Currently i own a asus rog 17inch gaming laptop which has a 860m inside for my desktop and i now need a more portable device for my on the go gaming with school stuff as well. Just wondering if the $500 upgrade to the 970m is worth it or not since the games i play are dota 2, league of legends and cs go. Please give me some advice. Thank you

Solution
The 2015 is FAR superior than the 2014. A lot of times, the difference from one model year to the next can be close or relatively insignificant. Definitely not the case here.
