Razor synapse app for Razor naga chroma mouse not working

Hello

I bought the Razor naga chroma mouse, i downloaded the synapse but its not working, i see the icon in the lower right screen but when i click it nothing happens [Windows 10]

i have the latest drivers, i restarted my pc after downloading the drivers but still the app doesnt open , mouse working fine, but not the app
