How do I by pass and hook up speakers. Strait. 2 listen 2my radio

If you are talking about the RCA jacks on the speakers you could just splice the speaker wire from your radio directly to the two wires that were connected to the speaker RCA jacks. Remove the RCA plugs from the wires if needed.
