RCA Maven 11

My rca 11 Maven Pro want turn on, what do I do? Also I do not remenber if a light comes on to show charging. I did not have it long before it went blank and did not turn back on. I've tried the on button and the up volume but no luck!.. I don't believe it has warranty left.. It's been stored in it's box since this happen! Help.. ty ..

Have you checked to make sure it isn't the cord that is the problem? Try another cord with the device and see if it works then.

Should that not work, your battery may need replacing.

The battery is okay and cord It was working one minute.. with full charge then it went blank..I wished I had never bought it!

If it is the cord, you probably just need to replace it. If it isn't the cord (and isn't the battery) then you should check on your warranty status.
