rca tablet wont turn on

my tablet just wont turn on i turned it on 1 min the next time i went to turn it on it wouldn't
do you know why? i tried charging i but it still wouldn't turn on.

What is it doing exactly? Nothing at all? Turning on for a split second and then back off? Loading partially and then turning off?
