You can use a program like this to control what loads when Windows starts up:

If this doesn't work, you may have to dig into the MediaSource Remote Center (Rcenter.exe) settings to keep it from loading. Without seeing it personally, that's about the best advice I can offer. Perhaps someone with the application can add something more comprehensive. I haven't installed a Creative card for several years.
