Reading Dell Vostro hard drive

My Dell Vostro 1520 processor apparently overheated and died, leaving me with a good hard drive, but no computer to read it. Assuming I could remove the drive, is there a way to read the drive, or connect it to another computer that can read it?

Put it in an external USB enclosure.

It looks like it has a sata drive. You could open up your desktop and attach it directly to the motherboard and power supply. You'll need a SATA cable and maybe a Molex to Sata power connector if your power supply doesn't have a native sata power jack.
