So you want this app ? well CorePlayer is a better choice if you want a good player

CorePlayer isn't free!

The, really, best player is TCPMP. Support Subtitles, various formats of video and audio and is a stand-alone aplication, so i don't have even to install it! Of course, its totally FREE (and GPL!).
