Every time I'm playing it it turns off an I loose my progress on the game can someone please tell me me why an how to fix problem asap

You need to talk to the apps creators if you are losing progress.

You didn't, however, say if the app keeps turning off or the phone does. Either way, however, if they only happens with that app, again I would check with the apps creators.
