now nothing boot just black screen on my laptop screen fan work good but nothing to show!
my laptop is lenovo ideapad 500 with in-built battery so i cant remove my batery !
plz help me to rest my bios or another easy way!!

There should be a small button near the usb ports, I think it's called the "novo button". Press it when your pc is off and hopefully should boot you into the bios

tnx for replay bro
but it didnt work cuz i set priamry graphic adaptor on external so my laptop didnt show anything!!

i need to reset my bios with some way tht i dont know 🙁

You have to leave the CMOS battery out for some time, it's no good removing it then putting it back straight away.

Unplug your laptop from mains adapter.
Now remove the CMOS battery and leave it out for at least five minutes.

then should i put it back and turn on the laptop with AC ?

After putting CMOS battery back, you can turn laptop on with AC or battery power, doesn't matter which (unless main battery is flat of course, then you'll need to use AC obviously.

if this didnt help me wht should i do bro? 🙁

And should i unplug the wire of battery from mainboard same as CMOS battery??

"And should i unplug the wire of battery from mainboard same as CMOS battery?"

You can unplug the main battery? You should have said so earlier.

Yes, that's a good idea. Unplug AC adapter, Unplug main battery & remove CMOS battery.

Wait at least five minutes before reconnecting main battery & putting CMOS battery back.

my battery is in-built bro !
but tnx i will try this solution tnx

I know your battery is built-in, you said that in your first post!

But you later suggested that it could be unplugged from the motherboard!

You're beginning to drive me insane my friend!

sorry

If pressing the "novo" button on the side of the laptop doesn't get you into the bios, then you can try pressing FN + F2 after switching it on. The FN(function) key needs to be pressed to utilise the F keys.....I know because this has caught me out in the past.

You should be able to get into the bios and change back the graphics setting or reset the bios to default. No real need to pull the CMOS battery.

UPDATE - If you have a monitor or TV available...you could plug in an HDMI cable and get the display external in order to change settings back also.

nothing happend bro 🙁
now i try to Pickup the CMOS battery for 5 min and try again...

anyother idea?🙁
