RealTek HD audio manager

Hey dudes and dudettes, Sup? I installed an Nvidia geforce 9800gt in my system and my audio manager, which came with onboard sound, which I got off the xp software disc for my msi k9a2gm amd 740G mictro atx motherboaed. I am stuck. how can I get the full audio manager back. when I open it, I only get one (1) blue circle in the display and it says line out. Before I installed the card (nvidia card has the latest drivers and I have no issues in the device manager or system info) I got six cirlcles in the I/O display on the audio manager. I also went to Realtek's website and downloaded the latest drivers. This did not help. Could someone please advise. Thanx.
