Recommend me a new laptop for $330

Hello guys. I'm not very famillar with laptop brands(i've seen top brand chart tho), but I would ask you to recommend me a good fast-loading laptop for a $360 budget. It has to be new.

I will not play games on it, just need it for quick web-browsing and movie-watching at 720p.
I want the laptop to have a quad-core cpu(above 1.8gHz), and around 15" display.

Edit: I also prefer more performance rather than economy and long battery life.

I would say the acer e series is a good budget laptop. There are a few hp pavillions for that price that is good.
