Recommendations buying netbook 11-12"?

-may come without operating system
-non glossy/glare screen
-hdmi port
-preferable 2 core
-no cd/dvd

No, it must be 11-12" size screen.
I can't find a place where different brands are compared,
and with search feature.

You are pretty much looking at an ultra-compact which will cost 2 - 3 times as much as the average netbook.

I figured you might be up for a good deal on an open box or refurb 11~12" netbook. Alas, neither NewEgg or TigerDirect have anything other than 10" models (plenty of those if you're interested).

Should be no problem for all recent netbooks with a modern BIOS. All those mentioned above support boot from USB.
In fact you can run your whole OS from an USB flash drive.
