Recommended security for Office 2007

Hi Ive recently become aware of security holes in Office 2007 and was wondering what suggested updates I should add to avoid getting viruses, malware etc

I ran the windows updater and it didnt find any updates for office. Should I just download Office SP3? Is that the most recent update to Office 2007 and will it include all the necessary security measures?

The latest SP for Office 2007 is SP2.

Service Packs including a massive security updates, and you should download them.
If you want to be extra safe - make sure that you scan you computer once in a while for viruses, malware's and hijackers.

And of course - don't forget to install all of the important updates from Microsoft.
