Question Record Webcam at 60fps?

I have a Logitech C922 webcam which I believe is capable of capturing video at 60fps. However I my software (Debut Video Capture or Webcam Recorder) do not appear to have the 60fps option (max out at 30fps). Maybe I'm missing something. Is there a recommended software that can do this - preferably not too expensive?

Did you select 720p for the resolution?
