Recover Chrome password after cache clear?

So had a rep from ringcentral remote in and help me setup my voip phone. However she went ahead and did a cache clear with the password box ticked. Now I have lost all the passwords I have saved in chrome. How can I get this back?

go to each website, log in and tell it to save your password in chrome

I think the OP mean they forgot their password.
Most website have password recovery. use that or contact the site

Thanks but I wanted to see if there was a way to reverse the cache clear as it deleted over 240 saved passwords... Yes I know it's a lot.

Not unless you backup it somewhere.

Do you have your CHrome browser linked to your Google account? If so, your passwords are synched between devices.

I do have my browser linked to my account. So I think deleting the passwords from one browser clears the passwords on the other. I checked this on my android phone and the passwords were gone. Looks like I'll be requesting password resets.
