Question Recover Kik messages from secure folder (Galaxy S8)

I accidentally logged out of kik inside my secure folder. All the messages were lost but "DiskUsage" and the app info through settings says the app has 6.5GB of data so it means it's not gone. How would I be able to recover this?

If you had it all in a secure folder, it may be or have been blocked due to that. I would suggest you contact the apps creators and see if they have any ideas.
