I deleted all the data from hard drive and need restoration disk for the computer to work 100%

Or you can get for free the ISO you need from this site : http://www.w7forums.com/official-windows-7-sp1-iso-image-downloads-t12325.html
Install the ISO on a CD or a USB drive, run it for installation on your HDD drive.
After go to Toshiba site for all the drivers you need for your laptop.
Validate your key written under the laptop.

I did, I downloaded the windows but I had problems installing ssd disk, I had to install on the hdd and toshiba page gives no specific drivers for each computer, only shows a list of drivers that could be copatibles and I had performance issues
