reduce canon sx50 aperture range

hey can i attach an additional lens to reduce the aperture range of canon sx50 hs from f3.4 to 2.8 by using adapter or ring? pls reply me.. thank you..

The closet thing I could find is http://www.amazon.com/Accessory-CANON-PowerShot-SX40-SX30/dp/B009OGHYNW but I'm not sure any of those lens will help you get want you want. Since it is a fixed lens system you may have a problem finding something that will work.

You can't increase the amount of light let into your lens.

So you can't go from F3.4 to 2.8, remember, the lower the f stop number the more light is let in!
