Reinstalling windows 7 os

Hi...my dell studio 1558....windows 7....i5..4 gb ram.......wen purchased 4 yrs back....at dat time i created recovery disc..repair disc.....but i lost dem.....now i want to reinstall my windows 7.....wen i contact dell ..its not available in india as dey cant provide window7 os........den how i shud reinstall my os ...wen i tried to create backup...its showing backup image cant be created........plz help

usually ctrl + f11 as it starts up on a dell
