Question Reliable Backup Software with Low Resource Requirement

Hi All,

I am looking for a reliable backup application that runs only when I decide to do the backup, and it is completely off otherwise. I have read that backup applications like Acronis use computation resources also when inactive. Any suggestion? Thank you in advance!

If I were you, I would not take Acronis into count, may be you would take a look to Macrium Reflect and Gs Richcopy 360, both are reliable , simple and quick with low resource requirements

I use Macrium Reflect.
You can configure it to be OFF, until such time as you invoke it.

But even in auto mode, it does not use a lot of resources.
