Replaced Keyboard twice same problem

I replaced my keyboard on hp g60-501nr laptop twice and the same keys don't work.
Any thoughts

It could be the keyboard controller on the motherboard that's the problem.. Chances are slim that the replacement keyboard has failed in the same way (for whatever reason).
