replacement batter wont work

with old batt in my toshiba L7SSD-S5204 it will come on and tell me no charge repace batt but works fine with ac in ...i put nwe batt in and wont come on with or without ac ....took batt back to batteries plus ....tcch said batt was bad so we tried new one right ar store ....NOPE NOTHING ....tach tested 2nd one ...said it was good ...we plugged in ac with new batt ....NOTHING then tech tested 2nd new batt and it also came up bad ....is there something wrong with my charging system i can put old original batt in and with ac cord it starts fine ,,,very cofused ...PS IT WONT LET ME EVEN AS ADMIN UNINSTALL THE OLD MICROSOFT BATTERY SETTINGS AND LATLEY IVE HAD TO RUN MOST PROGRAMS AS ADIM ....IM thinking i have a motherboard problem any advice would be welcomed

Are these batteries genuine parts from Toshiba? Most laptops have the ability to check if a battery is a genuine part and if not won't support it.
