Hey guys.

I'm looking to replace a broken GPU on my laptop.

The laptop is an MSI GT70 0ND-444US
Here is a link to the official website with its specs.

http://www.msimobile.com/level3_productpage.aspx?id=375

I have been looking for possible replacements for the GTX 675m GPU that is on it but I am not sure if I can replace it in the first place.

Secondly, I would like to know if I can buy replacements off of Ebay because that is the only place I can find a replacement for it. I am not sure which card would work because they don't say specifically that it is a replacement for my laptop. I see a lot of cards available that say it was for Alienware laptops but I was thinking that it could possibly work for my laptop as well.

I would like to know if I can do a GPU replacement as well as where I can find one for a good price if anything.

Thank you in advanced for your help!

I'm going to open up the laptop today and check but I believe it's a separate card because the drivers for the gpu are directly from the nvidia website.

You may be fortunate, I believe that you can actually swap out the GPU on the laptop, though I'm not 100% certain. If so, you're in a lucky few; there are far more laptops that can't have the GPU replaced (without an entirely new motherboard that is) than can.

At those prices, there's nothing immediately suspicious. Pricey, but what you're stuck with when dealing with laptop parts.

I'd stick with one as close to the one you currently have.
