So as of yesterday my CPU has burnt out on me, I was trying to render some videos on my laptop and the little thing couldn't keep up. so before I scrap this guy completely I was wondering if I could put an A8 or A10 in here instead of the A6. I know this Toshiba laptop series is just the same casing just different mobo and processor.

Yes, it's possible for some laptops, I think in higher-end gaming systems.
But, generally, it's not recommended to change CPU/GPU of a laptop, if it has not been specifically mentioned on the product description (Upgradable or not). I could pose problems like over-heating, sluggish performance, etc.
